ABOUT LBV DEVELOPMENTS
LBV Developments is a property development consultancy specialising in design and project management for homeowners, landlords, and investors. Since 2021, we've been apart of over 90 projects across the North West of England and Greater London — from single-storey extensions to full HMO conversions and new builds.
We are a small team with combined experience in various built environment professions including; architecture, interior design, project management, and engineering.

Thats why our approach is turnkey: we design the solution, secure the approvals, source and vet the right contractor, and manage the build on-site from start to finish - giving clients a genuinely managed experience without compromising on quality.
